PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special finished yarn having silky tone and giving a cloth having springiness, body and bulkiness and excellent deep dyeing effect. SOLUTION: This finished yarn is an entangled combined filament yarn composed of a core yarn comprising a latent crimping conjugated polyester filament yarn having a single fiber fineness of >=3 de and a percentage crimp of >=50% after boiling water treatment and a sheath yarn comprising a crimped polyester filament yarn having a birefringence (Δn) of 70×10<-3> to 120×10<-3> , a hot water shrinkage of <=5% and developing irregularity or fine pores on the yarn surface by alkali thinning treatment. The entangled combined filament yarn has loops and sags on the yarn surface and has a deep dyeability to give a black-dyed cloth having an L value of <=12.
