<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric air treatment apparatus and an atmospheric air purification system having an improved equipment operating efficiency by reducing number of filter replacements, realizing easy equipment maintenance and reducing number of operation interruptions of a clean room or the like. SOLUTION: An acid constituent contained in atmospheric air is neutralized and removed by a pH-adjusted and temperature-adjusted alkaline solution shower 32 while the air is allowed to flow through and further an alkaline constituent is neutralized and removed by a pH-adjusted and temperature-adjusted acid solution shower 33, and then the remaining alkaline or acid constituent is dissolved and removed by water shower 34, and moisture contained in the air treated by the water shower 34 is separated and removed by a mist trap 35 using a porous hydrophobic membrane 69 and particles are removed while the air is made to flow through each of the showers and mist trap 35, and further removal is carried out by an acid/alkaline removing filter 36 and a particle removing filter 37 arranged in a downstream stage so that long time usage of the filter is enabled.</p> |
