HELICAL BLADE TYPE FLUID MAHCINERY AND CYLINDER MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical blade type fluid compressor making the assembling easy by simplifying an assembling structure, improving reliability and improving compressor function (pump function) and performance and cylinder manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A helical blade type fluid compressor 10 is provided with a cylindrical cylinder 20, a roller 21 which is eccentrically arranged within the cylinder 20 and a helical blade 22 sectioning and forming a plurality of compression chambers 23 along a cylinder shaft direction between this roller 21 and the cylinder 20. The cylinder 20 is constituted of a cylinder inner peripheral part 37 forming a helical blade groove 29 and a cylinder outer peripheral part 38 covering this cylinder inner peripheral part 37. The helical blade 22 mounted on the roller 21 freely slidably fits into the blade groove 29 of the cylinder 20. Fluid to be compressed is compressed, radially moving the compression chambers 23 from a suction side on one side of the cylinder 20 toward a discharge side on the other side of the cylinder 20 by revolution or rotation of the roller 21.
