<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device which can prevent an accident by an electric knife in an electric tape cutter. SOLUTION: In an electric tape cutter in which an adhesive tape 15 led out from the feeding outlet 5, and cut in a necessary size by an electric knife 7, a movable shutter 15 to suppress the insertion of a finger is provided by energizing in the closing direction by a spring, outside the electric knife 7 at the feeding outlet 5. To the movable shutter 15, a locking part piece 20 which is restricted to the opening position locking to the movable shutter, and releases its restriction by the operation of an operation element 25 depending on a starting signal of cutting operation, is provided, and an electric knife driving switch which operates linking to the movable shutter 15, when the movable shutter is in the closing condition, is attached, and the cutting of the adhesive tape by the electric knife 7 is started. When the electric knife 7 is restored following the cutting, the movable shutter 15 is opened, and restored to the restricting condition to the opening position.</p> |
