Method for the manufacturing of glulam (4) and a glulam product manufactured according to the method, where boards are sawn out from a log, if needed are planed and possibly are cut (c) in the longitudinal direction to two or more staves of essentially the same width (x), whereafter the staves or boards are turned 90 DEG clockwise or anticlockwise about the length axis, and are glued together, two or more, to a glulam (4), so that the wide sides (x) of the staves or boards becomes the height (y) of the glulam. The boards which are used are, according to the method, the outermost side boards (2) in a log. |
