PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply negative ions to a body easily by having it near the body by hanging it from the neck or putting in a pocket. SOLUTION: The plate 1 is structured by applying paint blended with tourmaline powder whose grain size is 0.5μto 50μto at lease one side of the plate 1 formed of a synthetic resin 2. A conductive layer is formed by applying paint blended with powder of a conductive material to at least one side of a plate formed of a synthetic resin 2, and a tourmaline layer 3 is formed by applying paint mixed with tourmaline powder whose grain size is 5μto 50μto the conductive layer. Such structure helps provide negative ions to a body easily by hanging it from the neck or putting in a pocket and produce many negative ions by the action of the conductive layer.
