The distributor has a case (1) with two rollers (5,6), in its opening. They rotate on a shaft (7) whose ends are mounted on supports (8,9) and which is turned by a command button (13). The shaft has two cylindrical sections (7a,7b). The roller (5) pivoting on an offset part of the shaft (7a) has a larger diameter than the other roller. A locking ring (12) on the shaft blocks the smaller roller (6).
