<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage whose constitution can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the flip-flop of a data polarity control circuit 25, a signal DS is set to H from the time when a LOAD signal is set to H while data from an external part are supplied to a data latch until an RD signal becomes H while the data is read from a memory cell array to the data latch. In cases other than the above, the signal DS is set to L. A data polarity switching circuit 24 inverts and outputs an output RDB of a data line amplifier 23 as DOUT, and outputs the output RDB of the data line amplifier 23 when the signal DS is set to H and L, respectively.</p> |
