PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated aluminum laminated sheet capable of being enhanced in adhesive property of a resin film without using chromium and capable of being reduced in production cost. SOLUTION: A surface treated aluminum laminated sheet excellent in film adhesive property is obtained by forming pits such that a pit diameter D is 0.5-5μm and the relation between the pit diameter D and pit depth H satisfies H/D>=0.5 to at least the single surface of an aluminum or aluminum alloy material by surface roughening treatment using an electrolyte and laminating a thermoplastic resin film on the pit formed-surface of the material.
