PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition being useful for slush molding materials and giving tough sheets free from whitening and excellent in appearance, or the like, by including a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having a polymerizable group selected among a propenyl ether group, a vinyl phenyl ether group, and a vinyl ether group and a thermally latent cationic polymerization catalyst. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane resin made from an active-hydrogen-containing compound (e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl propenyl ether) having at least one polymerizable group selected among a propenyl ether group, a vinyl phenyl ether group, and a vinyl ether group in the molecule and, desirably, containing the polymerizable group as a part of the active hydrogen component in the molecule and a thermally latent cationic polymerization catalyst being desirably at least one member selected among a compound prepared by neutralizing a proton acid or a Lewis acid with a Lewis base; a sulfonic acid ester; a phosphoric acid ester; and an onium compound. |
