PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital-content distribution system, in which content software having the large amount of information such as a video, an image, music, etc., desired by a user can be provided to the user at low cost without intervention of media. SOLUTION: When a software user managing a data recorder 3 transmits a request to a content distribution center 1 which converts content software such as video into digital data compressed in time base and stores, the content distribution center 1 distributes a collation code collating the digital data compressed in the base of the content software corresponding to the request and an identification code through an information transmission means 2. The digital data are recorded by the data recorder 3 when the received collation code is collated with its own identification cord while an expansion device 4 expands the digital data compressed and recorded to the data recorder and outputs them to an output device 5. |
