摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a structure in which a slack part is formed in a winding between a tooth and a terminal and in which a disconnection due to the change in the shock resistant property, the vibration resistant property and the temperature of the winding during the use of a stator is prevented, by a method wherein a long rod member is positioned between the tooth and the terminal, the winding is connected to the terminal in a state that the winding crosses over the long rod member, and the long rod member is then removed. SOLUTION: A coil 4 is wound on the outer circumference of a stator insulating cover 3 at every tooth 2 of a stator 1, which is formed to be a wheel shape as a whole, and which is provided with a plurality of teeth 2 protruding to the inside. Before end parts 4a of the coil 4 are connected to terminals 6 at a terminal board 5, a long rod member 10 which is installed at a winding machine is inserted and positioned between the teeth 2 and the terminals 6 and in the upper position of the teeth 2. As a result, the end parts 4a come into contact with the surface of the long rod member 10, and they are tied up on the terminals 6 so as to be connected. After the connection of the end parts 4a to the terminals 6 is finished, the long rod member 10 escapes to the direction of an arrow A, and slack parts 4aA are formed in the end parts 14a.
