<p>A waste feeding amount control method and a waste feeding amount control device for an industrial waste incinerator having a plurality of waste feeding paths are provided. Various types of waste are fed for incineration through feeding ports 2 to 5 provided to an incinerator main body 1. While circulating sand 8 and incineration ash are transported and circulated only the incineration ash is discharged. The amount of steam generation from a waste beating boiler 6 is measured and inputted into a waste feeding mount control device 7. The deviation amount between the target value and observed value of the steam generation amount that is to be controlled in the incinerator is then measured, and the deviation rate and the deviation acceleration are calculated from the deviation amount. Based on the deviation amount, deviation rate, and deviation acceleration, the feeding amounts of the various types of waste of different heating values are controlled by non-linear control. Thus, the object to be controlled can be set at the target value. In doing so, no rapid change in the condition of combustion is caused, and the inner temperature of the incinerator and the steam generation amount can be stabilized. <IMAGE></p> |
