<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology by which packet data are sent at a high transfer rate regardless of a small scale hardware configuration. SOLUTION: The system has a transport stream TS packet data generating section 1 that applies TS packet processing to transmission data and sends the TS packet data to a TS packet data storage section 2 while monitoring data storage information, the TS packet data storage section 2 that stores a prescribed amount of TS packets and sends data storage amount information to the TS packet data section 1 and a TS packet data transmission section 3, and the TS packet data transmission section 3 that sends TS packet data in the TS packet data storage section 2 at a prescribed rate while monitoring the data storage amount information. The TS packet data generating section 1 is a work station. The TS packet data storage section 2 and the TS packet data transmission section 3 are packetizer boards exclusively for a PCI bus interface.</p> |
