<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dry toner excellent in powder flowability, low temp. fixability and anti-hot offsetting property and not requiring a producing process such as comminuting by incorporating particles formed by the extension reaction and/or crosslinking reaction of a prepolymer with a specified extender and/or crosslinker in an aq. medium. SOLUTION: The dry toner contains a binder component comprising resin particles formed by the extension reaction and/or crosslinking reaction of an isocyanato group-contg. prepolymer with one or more extenclers and/or crosslinkers in an aq. medium. The extenders and/or crosslinkers are selected from the group comprising polyols, polymercaptans and water. The wt. average mol.wt. of the prepolymer is >=10,000, preferably 20,000-10,000,000, especially preferably 30,000-1,000,000 from the viewpoint of anti-hot offsetting property.</p> |
