PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposing method capable of increasing capacity of an optical recording medium and increasing recording density without shortening a recording light wavelength and increasing NA (opening coefficient) of an object lens and to provide an exposing device, a master disk and an optical disk using the method. SOLUTION: A deflection section 15 deflecting luminous flux emitted from a light source 12 for recording using a light deflection element such as AOD, EOD, and the like is arranged between a modulation section 14 and a beam expander section 16, while a recording signal supply section 18 generating a modulation signal supplied to the modulation section 14 and a scanning signal supplied to the deflection section 15 is arranged, supplies a modulation signal to the modulation section 14, while supplies a scanning signal synchronizing with the modulation signal to the deflection section 15, and an exposure pattern is formed on a photo-resist film 9 scanning an exposure spot in the tangential direction of an optical original disk 8. |
