<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a shutter in an open state at inspection, etc., and improve workability. SOLUTION: The through-hole of a partition plate 9 which has fixed contactors 8 on its rear side is opened and shut by a shutter 15, which is biased in a shut state by a spring 28. While the shutter 15 is in an open state, a lever 19 linked with the shutter 15 is retained with a locking metal fitting 34 to fix the shutter 15 in the opened state, and furthermore, the shutter operating pin 32 of a transferred apparatus 29 is pressed against the locking metal fitting 34 to stop accommodation of the transferred apparatus 29.</p> |
