<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a device capable of being actually used is degraded and cannot be used since the battery voltage value during the use of a high load device is obtained to be less than the actual battery voltage value. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a battery voltage monitoring part 2 for obtaining the voltage value of a battery 1 when the use request of an additional device is given, a device control part for giving information on the use situation of a device 3, a reference voltage value table where a reference voltage value for adding/degrading the respective devices is set correspondingly to the combination of the use/non-use of the respective high load devices, and a device addition/degradation judgment part 5 for obtaining the reference voltage value of the additional device from the reference voltage value table, comparing it with the battery voltage value and judging the additional device so that it can be used when the battery voltage value is larger than the reference voltage thereby, adding the device.</p> |
