The method includes the collection of peripheral blood andthe preparation of mononuclear cell (MNC) suspension which isdivided into two equal parts. The MNCs of the first part arecultivated without any suppressor activator, and of the second -by an activator, after which they are rinsed away by the culturalmedium and the proliferation is blocked. In each of the partsfreshly isolated MNCs of a healthy donor are added stimulated byphytohaemoglubin in equal ratios for the preparation of testcultures which are cultivated. Then the size of the suppression incomparison with the proliferation levels in the test cultures isdetermined, and trophoblastic beta-I-glycoprotein from 3 to 120mg/ml MNC suspension is used as activator.7 claims
