The thin elastomer wall of the compensating chamber is made separately from the elastomer body and its base forms a flat annular rim (20a) extending parallel to the supporting face (12) of the second rigid component's plate. The elastomer body is made from a material based on natural rubber, while the thin wall of the compensating chamber is of a material based on a synthetic elastomer.
