PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit which can shorten falling time by discharging electric charges stored at the gate of a power switching element at high speed. SOLUTION: On the secondary side of an insulated transformer T for supplying power to a gate G of a power switching element Q3, a capacitor C and a diode D are serially connected, and at both the terminals of the diode D, the base and emitter of a transistor Q2 are connected for discharging. In addition, the emitter of the transistor Q2 for discharging and the output terminal of the diode D are connected to the gate G of the power switching element Q3, the collector of the transistor Q2 for discharging and the other winding wire on the secondary side of the transformer T are connected to the source of the power switching element Q3, and the power of the secondary side winding wire of the transformer T can be supplied through the capacitor C to the gate G. |
