PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of a delivered refrigerant properly and easily according to the condition of operation. SOLUTION: This air conditioning apparatus comprises an outdoor unit 1 in which a connection is made to a first piping 19 from the delivery side 6 thereof, to second piping 18 from the suction side 20 and to third piping 11 via a third open/close valve 7 and an outdoor heat exchanger 9 from the delivery side 6 and the suction side 20 is connected to fourth piping 18 with a fourth open/close valve 21, a shunt unit 2 in which a plurality of first open/close valves 17 are connected in parallel to the first piping 19, a plurality of second open/ close valves 16 are connected in parallel to the second piping 18, the plurality of first open/close valves 17 and the second open/close valves 16 are interconnected in parallel to be connected to a plurality of fourth piping 15 and a plurality of fifth piping 12 are connected in parallel to the third piping 11 and a plurality of room units in which a connection is made to the fifth piping 12 via the a room heat exchanger 14 and an expansion value 13. In this case, a bypass circuit 4 with an electric expansion valve 23 is provided between the second piping 18 and the third piping 11. |
