<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission quality by enabling shaping processing of minimum delay time by a cell unit for each connection information number without complicating the contention control at the time of mapping. SOLUTION: One transmission band is shared by cells having connection information for plural logical path identifiers and logical channel identifiers and shaping processing for traffic control in the transmission band is performed. In the case that the storage addresses of a buffer 1 for the shaping processing between the different connection information at the ideal prescribed transmission time compete, the time closest to the prescribed transmission time of the cell is searched. In this case, the search for a free area before/after the logical transmission time is performed through a scheduling processing part 2, a front part search part 4a, a rear part search part 4b and a mapping processing part 3 and the mapping processing of an input cell to the buffer for the shaping processing is performed based on the result of the free area by the search.</p> |
