PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board wherein a test check of high precision is easily performed while appropriately constituting an electronic circuit of high reliability. SOLUTION: Wiring pattern layers 2a-2d are electrically connected with conductor regions 3a and 3b penetrating inter-layer insulators 1a-1c. Here, at least one plate of the front surface layer of a non-circuit formation part, ring- like test coupons 6 and 6' wherein ring patterns 6a and 6b whose center is conductor regions 3a' and 3b' penetrating the inter-later insulators 1a and 1c are allocated are formed in the number of layers of the inter-layer insulators 1a and 1c penetrating the conductor regions 3a' and 3b'. Or at least at one plate of a surface layer of a non-circuit formation part 5, check coupons 7 and 7' comprising through holes 8a and 8b penetrating the inter-layer insulators 1a-1c and at least four conductor regions 3c'-3f' and 3c"-3f" allocated/formed with almost constant intervals around the through holes 8a and 8b are formed in the number of layers of inter-layer insulators 1a and 1c penetrating the conductor regions 3a and 3b. |
