PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer in detail the input data to an external computer and also to easily check the transfer of data by transferring the data on an input field that is linked to a check field based on the check of the check field. SOLUTION: An operator makes a check entry in a start check field. A CPU retrieves an inputted number out of a field information file of a storage based on the inputted coordinate data and performs its processing based on the attribute data on the relevant field number. When all data are entered, the operator makes a check entry in a check field 20a. Thus, the CPU acquires the field number linked to the field 20a and the number of transfer fields from the relevant attribute definition pointer data of the field information file. Then the transfer data where a document ID, a field number and each data value are corresponding to each other are generated. |
