PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering data management device which can manage more in details the time since ordering until the ordered dishes are supplied to the customers in a restaurant, etc. SOLUTION: The ordering data are outputted to a data controller 107 from a portable unit 101 via a radio controller 103. When the cooking of each menu is over, the cooking end data are outputted to the controller 107 from a bar code reader 109 via a restaurant printer 108 and the controller 103. When the dishes are supplied at least for each menu or slip, the dish supply end data are outputted to the controller 107 from the reader 109. The controller 107 calculates the time since ordering until the ordered dishes are cooked and supplied to a customer based on the time when the ordering data, the cooking end data and the dish supply end data are received and displays this calculated time on a display device 110. |
