FIELD: mechanical engineering; reversing gear trains of varying ratio. SUBSTANCE: device includes four-member bevel gear train. Main and additional bevel gear wheels of gear train are mounted on additional shafts located in guides of housing and are loaded with springs relative to bevel gears. Bevel gears are fitted on coaxial drive and driven shafts eccentrically and symmetrically relative to each other at eccentricity equal in magnitude and direction; each bevel gear is connected with overrunning clutch. Overrunning clutches have similar direction of seizure. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to additional simple reciprocating motion or compound motion (reciprocating and rotary motion). 1 dwg
