<p>Compounds represented by the general formula (1): X-L-Y or potential tautomers, stereoisomers or optical isomers thereof, which are useful as anticancer agents because of having an antitumor activity, wherein X represents paclitaxel or its derivative; L represents a linker having a functional group; and Y represents TT232 of the general formula (I), wherein A1 represents lysine, citrulline, arginine or ornithine, in which amino and carboxyl groups bonded to the α-carbon atom so as to form an amide; or EABI of general formula (II), wherein Z1 represents C(=O)NH or (E)CH=CH; Z2 represents C(=O)NH or (E)CH=CH; R1 represents H or methyl; R2 represents i-butyl or i-propyl; R3 represents H, i-butyl or benzyl; and R4 represents H or i-butyl; and * represents the binding site to L.</p> |
