Seed protein concentrates in cement-based adhesive mortar

Protein concentrates of vegetable origin, especially of leguminous proteins, are used as additives in cement-based adhesive mortar to intensify the setting properties and bond strength and/or counteract negative effects between solid base materials and ceramic and/or mineral covering materials fixed to the base with the mortar. An Independent claim is also included for cement-based adhesive mortar containing seed protein concentrates, especially from seeds of leguminous plants.
