Evaporative chamber is made as cyclone which lower part is coupled to delivery reservoir by intermediate channel 4 provided with adjustable-section diaphragm 5. Confusing part of capillary is fitted additionally with adjustable circular channel 8 coupled to branch pipe 2 through pipeline 9. Branch pipe 2 removes steam phase from evaporative chamber.
