PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slidably contact a soaking roller with the lateral perforation blade receiver of a lateral perforation blade receiving so as to humidify the lateral perforation of a web by adjacently arranging a softening means soaking the web with water taken out of a water dish by a water sending roller against a lateral perforation blade receiving barrel. SOLUTION: A humidification device 60 splashingly takes out water from a water dish 30, by driving a water sending roller 32 constituted of a brush roller. This splashed water is made into fine water droplets, and they are transmitted to a soaking roller 34 through a water transfer roller 33 adjoined in order. This soaking roller 34 is slidably contacted with the lateral perforation blade receiver 22 of the lateral perforation blade receiving barrel 24 of a lateral perforation device 50. Hereby, at every one rotation of a lateral perforation blade barrel 20 and the lateral perforation blade receiving barrel 24 opposite to each other against a web W, simultaneously with putting a lateral perforation seam to the web W, appropriate humidification can be performed against the peripheral part of the lateral perforation seam. |
