PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a liposome having a fine particle diameter and a uniform particle diameter distribution and excellent in dispersion stability. SOLUTION: Cavitation is suppressed and a jet stream is produced in a treating liquid prepared by dissolving or dispersing a phospholipid at a phase transition temperature or above by high-speed rotation to sufficiently manifest a shearing force between the liquid and liquid or the liquid and a wall surface. Thereby, a liposome having <=100 nm average particle diameter is produced in a step for dissolving or dispersing the phospholipid powder in water and forming the liposome. |
