PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toilet booth facilities which even a person using a wheelchair can easily use by pivoting one side end of a door forming the front face of a booth at the front ends of the right and left partitioning side walls and providing a sliding door which is slidable reaward in the front of the other side wall. SOLUTION: When a door 6 is closed, the free end thereof is positioned close to the front face board 8a and the door can be locked from the inside. When a person using a wheel chair uses the toilet, he can enter from the entrance door 2 of the toilet room and turn by use of a wide space of a washhand room 4. He closes the entrance door 2 at first and locks it, then, unfixes the sliding door 8 of a toilet booth at this side and pushes it reaward parallelly to the side wall 1c. Then, he passes through a wide space widely opened by the formed space and a passage 5 to enter the toilet booth 1. When leaving it, the reverse procedure against the procedure for entering it is taken. That is, the wide space of the washhand room 4 is used to wash hands, turn the wheelchair, and unlock the entrance door 2. In this way, a toilet booth can be easily remodeled to form a simple structure which even a person using a wheel chair can use. |
