PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent Li composite oxide film by a method completely different from a conventional method. SOLUTION: In providing a composite oxide film of a Li element and other metal elements than the Li element, the metal elements are at least one kind of elements to be selected from a group of Ni, Mn, V, Fe, Cr, Al and Co, a metallic body consisting of a metal element is immersed in the alkaline solution containing the Li ion, and the Li ion is hydrothermally reacted with each other to form the composite oxide film of the metal element and the Li element on a surface of the metallic body. |
