PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly for vulcanizingly-molding a tire, which can manufacture a high quality product without necessitating the correction by padding and developing bears at the bead part of the tire over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This mold assembly for vulcanizingly molding a tire is equipment with a tire mold main body 1 for molding the side wall parts and the tread of the tire and a bead ring 2a for molding the bead part 5a of the tire. The bead ring 2a consists of two members or an outer diameter side sub-part 9 and the other main body part 8, both of which are separable and convenable. The material of the sub-part 9 is set to be a metal softer than that of the tire mold main body 1. |
