PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install an automatic steering device at a low cost by providing a bevel gear to be engaged with one of two bevel gears, and connecting a driving motor for automatic steering to a rotary shaft of the bevel gear in a device, in which a steering wheel and a power steering device are linked with each other. SOLUTION: A device for performing the automatic steering along a traveling lane is provided with a bevel gear 1, of which rotary shaft 5 is connected to a steering wheel 6, and a bevel gear 2, which is engaged with the bevel gear 1 and of which rotary shaft 7 is connected to an input end of a power steering device 11, in an intermediate gear case 14. Furthermore, a bevel gear 3 to be engaged with the bevel gear 2 is provided, and a driving motor 9 for automatic steering is connected to a rotary shaft 8 of the bevel gear 3. An electromagnetic clutch 10 is interposed between the bevel gear 3 and the driving motor 9, and the driving motor 9 is controlled by a control circuit. This control circuit performs switching between a manual steering mode and an automatic steering mode on the basis of the operation input from an operating switch. |
