PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which is excellent in color-producing property, and wherein a base blushing for heat is less, and also, which is excellent in image preserving property. SOLUTION: For this heat-sensitive recording material wherein a heat- sensitive color-producing layer containing a colorless or slightly tinted color- producing compound and a color-developing compound which can make the color-producing compound develop a color when being heated, is provided on a supporting body, as the color-developing compound, bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl acetate is contained, and in addition, 2,2'-methylene-bis(4-methyl-6-tert- butylphenol) and 4, 4'-butylidene-bis(6-tert-butyl-3-methylphenol) are contained in the heat-sensitive color-producing layer. |
