PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a main light source by improving external light intake efficiency. SOLUTION: Simultaneously with the production of a light transmission plate 1 by resin molding using a metallic mold, an external light intake part 1a is formed. Since an external light intake surface of the intake part 1a is directed to an upper oblique part shown by a black arrow, external light can be most taken in from the shown direction and external light from a just upper or side direction can be also efficiently made incident. Light made incident from a light source through a light incident surface 1c and external light are reflected on a light reflection surface 1d and on two side faces 1b of the plate 1 and synthetic light having uniform directivity is emitted from a light exit surface 1e.
