PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combined power generating facilitates, capable of (1) obtaining high reforming efficiency under high pressure of around 7-8 ata without raising operation temperature of a plate reformer, (2) preventing deposition of carbon under high pressure and stably performing reforming reaction without supplying a large amount of excess steam, (3) circulating CO2 gas generating on the anode side of a fuel cell by the necessary and sufficient amount to the cathode side, suppressing the partial pressure of CO2 on the cathode side low, and (4) keeping the overall plant efficiency high. SOLUTION: The combined power generating facilities have a reformer 10 for reforming a fuel gas 2 into an anode gas 4 containing hydrogen, a fuel cell 12 for generating power from the anode gas 4 and a cathode gas 9 containing oxygen, a combustor 20 for burning an anode exhaust gas 11 with a cathode exhaust gas 16 to generate a high temperature gas 19, a gas turbine generator 15 driven with the high temperature gas, compressing air, and generating power, and an anode exhaust gas recycle line 22 for recycling the anode exhaust gas from the anode side outlet of the fuel cell to the reforming inlet of the reformer. |
