PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load imposed on the carrying action of waste toner after cleaning and to efficiently deliver and receive toner. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a cleaning means 1 eliminating the toner left on a photoreceptor and a screw auger 2 carrying it as the waste toner in a direction being almost in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the photoreceptor. Then, the downstream outside diameter of the screw auger in the carrying direction of the toner by the auger 2 is made large in comparison with the upstream outside diameter of the screw auger. Besides, the downstream tip of the screw auger is formed to be cylindrical and the circumference thereof is provided with at least three or more projection parts 5a for driving a toner carrying belt having a recessed part at the almost central part thereof. |
