PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the actual reproducing time of each music program on the occasion of reproducing the introducing part with a disk recording/ reproducing apparatus for reproducing an optical disk on which a plurality of music data in different compression ratios are recorded. SOLUTION: Music data from a magneto-optical disk is stored in a memory and it is then read through expansion and the compression ratio information, for example, from TOC of magneto-optical disk is read. The reproducing time from the magneto-optical disk of each music data is calculated depending on this compression ratio information. When the reproducing time of data from this reproducing time has exceeded the predetermined time, the control is performed so that the pickup is moved to the leading position of the next music program to reproduce the next music program and the music data is accumulated to the memory for the predetermined time from the leading position of each music. Thereby, the scanning of the introducing portion can be realized in such a manner that the actual reproducing time of each music program can be equalized. |
