PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to install self-lightemission road rivets in a tunnel or at the region of bad weather condition and to contribute to the prevention of traffic accidents at night by realizing a pseudo self-lightemission road rivets capable of being operated without using solar light as an energy source for operating them. SOLUTION: A diffusion correction lens is formed on an irradiation surface of a pseudo self-emission element formed by arranging an optical fiber having the same diameter as the upper bottom of a transparent or transmissive truncated cone on the upper bottom and having a shape turning the lower bottom of the truncated cone and the irradiation surface of the optical fiber to the same direction. A liquid crystal shutter system 5 connected to a solar system 4 is arranged in the front of the lens and these elements are stored in an optional body case 7.
