<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the search for, decision and so on of a monitoring target by mere accessing to a terminal by having an operation plan machine select a space navigating body which navigates the closest to image pickup reservation data stored in a memory out of plural space navigating bodies and giving an image pickup command to an image pickup machine. SOLUTION: A second ground station 3b is accessed to by way of a communication line 10 and a search reservation software stored in a fourth memory 17a is downloaded to a computer 18. Then, a first memory 14 storing a geographical information database is accessed to, a monitoring target is searched for and an object is selected. Next, a second memory 15 storing a space navigating body information database is accessed to, a passage time of the space navigating body 1 that can pick up the selected monitoring target and an image pickup possible range of an image pickup machine 9 are investigated and decided. Then, a third memory 16 for storing the image pickup reservation database is accessed to and the monitoring target that is desired to be picked up and an image pickup time are reserved and registered.</p> |
