PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector capable of supportingly fixing collimator plates so as to enable main X-rays to pass therethrough effectively while to cut off scattered X-rays. SOLUTION: In an X-ray detector with a plurality of X-ray detecting element groups arranged therein, the X-ray detecting element groups are each equipped with a light-receiving element array 18 composed of a plurality of light-receiving elements, a plurality of scintillator plates 10 provided on a surface of the light- receiving element array 18 in the X-ray incoming direction and sectioned in the arrangement direction by groove parts, an isolation plate 12 inserted in the groove part for preventing light from leaking between channels neighboring in the arrangement direction, a plurality of collimator plates 5 disposed on the isolation plate 12 in the X-ray incoming direction and narrowing down only main X-rays coming from an X-ray source so as to cause them to reach the scintillator plates 10, and a support part 6 having a groove part for fixing/ supporting one end of each collimator plate 5 so as to direct the other end thereof toward the X-ray source.
