PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a sheet without causing offset independently of pitch, number, and size of electrodes of an electronic element, by arranging upper and lower ends of plural conductive members, which are buried into a sheet shaped elastic body and have an elastically transformable shape, on a line vertical to a sheet surface. SOLUTION: By alternately piling pin groups 3 formed by arranging multiple pins 2 which are made of conductive members and, for example, have an elastically transformable S-shape and strip elastic bodies 4 made of sticky non-metallic elastic material such as acrylic resin, a contact sheet 1 is provided. At this time, the top 7a and the bottom 7b of the pins 2 are projected from the surface of the contact sheet 1 and are arranged on a line 9 parallel with the vertical direction to the right and both side surfaces of the contact sheet 1 to prevent offset from occurring. When adjacent pin groups 3 are respectively displaced by a half pitch, and strip elastic bodies 4 are respectively compressed from the arrow 6a, 6b directions, pins 2 are preferably inserted into gaps 5 and prevented from being displaced. |
