PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a semiconductor laser and collimator lens adjustable for a coarse adjustable arm by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 8 is force-fitted into a mounting through- hole 123 provided on a holder base 120, mounting the semiconductor laser 8, from one opening and a collimator lens 20 for converting a laser beam transmitted from the semiconductor laser 8 to a parallel light beam is directly attached to the other opening face 125 of the mounting through hole 123. A relative position between the semiconductor laser 8 and the collimator lens 20 is adjusted by the force-fitting amount of the semiconductor laser 8 into the mounting through-hole 123 and the tilt angle of the transmitted parallel beam is adjusted according to the attached position of the collimator lens 20 to the opening face 125. |
