摘要 FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: product is recommended to be directly used as food or to be included into dietary menu of patients with lipid exchange disorders. Product consists of deodorized vegetable oil and vegetable phospholipids prepared as follows: non-refined vegetable oil is treated with water or aqueous electrolyte solution in alternate rotating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.30- 0.80 Tl at field rotation speed 50 S and then in constant electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.60-0.80 Tl at stream velocity 3.5-5.0 m/s, after which resulting product is aged for 10-15 min at 70-75 C, phospholipid emulsion is separated from oil in thin (20- 30 mm) layer at stream velocity 2.0-5.0 mm/s and temperature 70-75 C, imposed to constant electromagnetic field with magnetic induction 0.60- 0.80 Tl at stream velocity 0.5-2.0 m/s, and dried at 65-70 C.
