Authentication system for electronic data

The system has data received (3) from a navigation satellite that fixes the position of the unit. This is fed to a processor (4) together with data from a personal characteristic scanner (6) and a data card reader (7). The unit is also protected against illegal access by optical, ultra sound or some other form of sensors. Only when all identification data has been correctly identified is access to the data allowed. An Independent claim is included for a method for authentication of electronic data.
