PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in transparency, dyeability, various durabilities and especially weather resistance by including specific compound oxide fine particles, a silane compound and a specified epoxy(meth) acrylate therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) compound oxide fine particles composed of 60-85 wt.% tin oxide, 10-30 wt.% titanium oxide and 1-10 wt.% zirconium oxide, (B) a silane compound having one or more polymerizable reactive groups, (C) an epoxy(meth)acrylate having glycidyl group and (meth)acryloyl group in one molecule at the same time and, as necessary, (D) silica fine particles having 1-100μm particle diameter and/or a hydrolyzate and/or a partial condensate of an organosilicon compound represented by the formula Si(OR<1> )4 (R<1> is a 1-8C hydrocarbon or an alkyl). The amounts of the respective components used are preferably 20-60 wt.% component A based on the solid content and 30-70 wt.% component B and 2-30 wt.% component C respectively based on the whole composition.
