PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient ophthalmic lacriminal passage bougie hard to cause formation and bougie bending, 7 by equipping a cylindrical holder part and slender bars with diameters smaller than that of the clamp part protruding from both ends of the holder,part respectively in coaxial. SOLUTION: The use of this lacriminal passage bougie 1 is basically same as that of conventional one. In the concrete, a lacriminal passage is formed between a lacrimal point or a lacrimal duct and a nasolacrimal duct by holding the holder part 2 by fingers and inserting the slender bars 3a, 3b into the lacriminal point to the lacrimal duct or the nasolacrimal duct for boring. Inserted slender bars 3a, 3b are changed form thinner ones to thicker ones for boring. The holder part 2 is easy to hold and has good operability according to the cylindrical form. In a case the lacriminal passage bougie 1 is hard to insert, when the holder part is lightly rotated by fingers for inserting, the bougie can be inserted in the rightful direction without forming a temporary passage. |
